The Why

We use personal technology every day.  We wake up and reach for our smart phone, wearable, or tablet to scan the news, check the weather, send a tweet, and post to Facebook, all before we get out of bed.

We go about our day, tethered to our devices, sending and receiving news and updates between friends, co-workers, and family members, all in real-time.  It used to be that when five o'clock rolled around, we unplugged and shut down.  But no more.  Now we are connected, 24/7.  And we view these indispensable connections as we do dial-tone.  Always on.

make sense of the digital world

Yet, some of us struggle to utilize this technology.  It is complex.  Ever-changing.  We use only 10% of our device's capability.  We endeavor to master the newest device or software, only to have another one take its place.  Technology constantly changes.  It can be intimidating.  So how does one make sense of the digital world?

That's why we started PersonalTech.Guru.  We make sense of the digital world, so you don't have to.
